the excitement is building!

I'm getting ready to move in to my new aparement and my excitement is growing!

I started painting last night by putting two coats of yellow primer in the bathroom. This afternoon I put two top coats of bright yellow (think school bus yellow!) on the walls. I decided to extend the yellow into the hallway with a big stripe (about 12 in. wide) and then I put some rectangles on one of the living room walls. I'm going to do rectangles and boxes like I have in my current apartment, only I'm going to leave the walls white instead of painting them green as the base. And I'm only going to do one wall (I think) because I have to cover it witha coat of primer when I leave. (Not that I'm already thinking of leaving when I haven't even moved anything in yet!)

I'm keeping it short today because I've been at the library for a few hours already and it's time to go home and think about supper. My tummy is growling!
